Origin
The name and origin of the first man to be called Razor-Fist have never been revealed.  As an assassin working for the crimelord Carlton Velcro, the first Razor-Fist challenged and was defeated by Shang Chi the Master of Kung Fu on several occasions.  For his failure to defeat the Kung Fu master, Razor-Fist was murdered by his employer.

After an automobile accident that cost two unnamed brothers one of their arms each, Carlton Velcro offered them employment as the newest Razor-Fists.

The brother which had his right hand replaced with a blade was accidentally shot by Velcro, who was aiming for Shang Chi.

The brother with his left hand replaced with a blade eventually had his right hand surgically replaced and continued his career as a mercenary assassin.
