Rhodes sought answers and justice. Rhodes investigation revealed the involvement of the powerful and politically connected criminal organization known as the 66 Bridges Gang. His plan to interrupt 66 Bridge's operations allied him with the former spy Junta, the urban crime fighter White Tiger and Justice, the son of the fabled African-American Captain America. Each wanting to have little to do with the other the four heroes hold a tentative alliance in their battle against crime as the Crew. |
