Origin
Rejected by their mentors and parents for membership in the Justice Society, the Star-Spangled Kid proposed that they create their own team.  Funded by Star-Spangled Kid's fortune and headquartered on the lot of Stellar Studios as Infinity Inc.

After the death of the Star-Spangled Kid, who by then called himself Skyman, the original Infinity Inc. disbanded.  It was not until the criminal mastermind Lex Luthor, under the guise of a legitimate businessman and humanitarian, offered the public the promise of superpowers through his Everyman Project.  Luthor's goal was to use the Everyman Project as a means to unlocking his own meta-gene.  To win pubic support Luthor crafted his most successful recipients of the project into a superhero team dubbed Infinity Inc.
