in her class, Misty Knight graduated from the New York City Police
Academy with top honors. Losing her right arm in a terrorist attack upon a bank, Knight was equipped with a bionic replacement by Stark International, the corporate designer of the Iron Man armor. Retiring from police work, Knight formed a partnership with the samurai Colleen Wing, forming a private investigation firm - Nightwing Restorations Ltd. The two private investigators often formed a partnership with the Heroes of Hire, Power Man and Iron Fist. Reputed for their martial arts skills they were dubbed the Daughters of the Dragon. |
