up in the Suicide Slum district of Metropolis, Perry White began his
newspaper career as a copy boy at the age of 10 to help support his family
after his father was killed serving his country overseas. Working his way up in the newspaper business, White devoted his life to the Daily Planet eventually rising to the post of Editor-In-Chief. |
